Christopher Loyalty Rewards Program

Upon check in to any of our participating hotels, you will be greeted by one of our friendly Guest Service Representatives who will extend the invitation to join the Christopher Rewards program.

Details of membership in the program will be provided during your stay. Once you have indicated that you would like to become a Christopher Rewards member, the Guest Service Representative will establish an account in your name. You will begin earning points during your first stay!

Upon departure from the hotel, log onto www.christopherhotels.com to complete the registration of your account. This will allow you to continue earning and redeeming points.

Once your account has been activated, you are on your way to an upgraded Christopher experience!

Welcome to the Christopher Rewards program. You are just a few steps away from activating your account.

Log onto www.christopherhotels.com and click on the “Christopher Rewards” page. Once you are on the page, click the “Register” button. Enter your account number which can be located on the card you received when you registered. Verify that your name and address information are correct and proceed by clicking the “Register” button.

Congratulations! Your account is now registered and you are on your way to accumulating points to redeem for a variety of benefits including free stays.

At any time, you can check your balance by logging onto www.christopherhotels.com, and clicking the “Balance Inquiry” option.

Upon check in, the Guest Service Representative will confirm your points balance and determine what rewards you are eligible for.

Once you choose an award, the Guest Service Representative will redeem the necessary points from your account. The points will be deducted from your account at that time.

You may redeem your points at any participating Christopher Hotel. The amount of points required to redeem a free night’s stay or other redemption option varies by room type.

5,000 points per night for standard room
6,750 points per night for suite room (Executive or Celebration)

For new members up to 5,000 points

From 5,001 points to 10,000 points

• Earn an extra 15% bonus points per dollar spent
• Complimentary bottle of water and snack given upon check in

Platinum Level

10,001 points to 20,000 points

• Earn an extra 25% bonus points per dollar spent
• Complimentary bottle of water and snack given upon check in
• Express Check –Out*

Diamond Level

20,001 points and up

• Earn an extra 50% bonus points per dollar spent
• Complimentary bottle of water and snack given upon check in
• Express Check –Out*
